Fabindia Rose Facial Water Review

Priya suggested me to get this rose water from Fabindia long time back. I just blindly believe her that I first bought the rose water and then asked her "Ok, now tell me what am I supposed to do with it?" ;) She suggested me so many things including an awesome face mask but all I do is just spray it on my face now and then [lazy me]. This is one product I will never regret buying, though it might sound like what it does it very little.

Our 100% plant based soothing water is collected during the steam distillation of flowers when extracting essential oils.

Ingredients : Distillate of natural rose petals (flowers)

For external use only. Store in cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Fabindia is against animal testing. Natural ingredients may cloud or seperate, this does not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

I just spray the rose water on my face by holding the bottle few centimeters away from my face, so that it gets distributed evenly. It gives instant freshness along with a mild rose fragrance. I would say a must have for summers. When I come home getting burnt in the hot sun I would keep this in the refrigrator for 5 mins and then spray it. I should say it is heavenly.

  • It comes in an easy to use spray bottle.
  • The bottle is very light and hence can be carried with us in our handbag. Also convenient to use on the go. The packaging is so neat that it does not spill whenever I carry it with me.
  • The rose water is very light that it gets absorbed instantly leaving a fresh feeling.
  • Easily available in all fabindia stores.
  • Not tested on animals.
  • Has a very mild fragrance that even people who don't like the fragrance of rose can try this.
  • Did not show any negative effects on my skin.
  • It comes in a transparent bottle so I can see how much is left out. [I love this aspect in any product I buy]

  • I feel the price is too high for a rose water and also for the purpose it serves me - instant freshness in summers.
  • The product expires in 1 year and 5 months so we can't be using only little everytime, considering the price.

The Fabindia Rose Facial Water costs Rs.175 for 100 ml.

I love the fabindia rose facial water and there is no doubt about it but the points listed under the dislikes disturbs me a bit. I get a bottle and try finishing it in summer, so spending Rs.175 for an year on a rose water is ok for me.
