Forest Essentials Sugar Soap [Aloe Vera and Neem] Review

I am not a great fan of soaps [forget the cute little fruity TBS Soaps ;)] but my dad passed on this soap to me. He stayed at Taj /Vivanta where they had provided these soaps and Dad has no clue about Forest Essentials but all he realized was that the soap was amazing and so he got one for me :D

Description

As soon as I got this I smelled the soap and it smelled just awesommmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I seriously can't describe the smell but you have to try it to enjoy the fragrance. The outer box of the soap says it is hand made with real sugar crystals.. yumm. The transparent soap is packed in a light butter paper and I love the packaging. I completely enjoy my bath while I get lost in the amazing fragrance. It is moisturizing and does not leave my skin dry.

Likes
  • The fragrance is mesmerizing and so unique.
  • It is a transparent soap in simple square shape.
  • Comes neatly packed with all fragrance locked in it.
  • The key ingredients are coconut oil, almond oil, sugar, aloe vera extract, glycerin, neem oil, Vitamin E, Spring Water.
  • The soap leaves my skin moisturized.
  • It is a pure vegetable soap.

Dislikes
  • The 50 gm soap melts very quickly. I have been using this for 1 week and almost 1/2 of the soap is over. This might last for another 2 weeks max.
  • I doubt the availability of this variant in the shops, as my dad picked it up from Taj hotels.
  • Price is too high.

Price

There are so many variants of Sugar Soaps online but couldn't find this particular variant. Also with the Forest Essentials Travel Kit I got a Sugar Soap and I thought it was the same, but no it is the Sugar Soap with Rose and Cardamom. So from what I saw online the price of these Sugar Soaps vary from Rs.295 to Rs.475 !!

Soap that came with the kit
Verdict

I am so glad that I got to try this soap, but sad that I couldn't find it online. Will try to find these soaps at the stores and if at all I get it then I am sure to get addicted to this. Do try this one and you won't regret spending so much on a soap.
