Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencil 04 Electra : Photos, Review, Swatch & EOTD

As I say all the time, Colorbar I Glides are one of the best creamy eye pencils I have tried so far. If you have been regular here you would have seen that I bought 8 shades from them. Having already reviewed one purple and green shade, today I am reviewing a blue shade from the lot. When it comes to eye pencils I know so many girls who love blue ones and this shade ‘Electra’ is one electrifying blue shade as the name suggests. You can know more about the shade as you go through the review and pictures in this post.

Description

Using eye pencils are the easiest way to line your eyes and the creamy eye pencils are even more easy! So these creamy I-Glides from Colorbar will be a blessing if you are still struggling to draw a neat line on your eyes. I so love the creaminess but at the same time product wastage [while sharpening] comes along with creamy eye pencils. It feels so soft and comfortable on my lids so that I can draw a neat line without hurting my lids ! If we need a smudged look, we have to be pretty quick before it sets on the lids. Whenever I used this bright blue shade called ‘Electra’ on my eyes, there would at least be a dozen of people staring at my eyes. One of the best selling shades according to the Colorbar SA and one of my favourite too.

Dislikes
  • A lot of product gets wasted during sharpening the pencil.
  • Also if you are using the same pencil everyday then it would last for 3-4 months maximum !!

Verdict

Colorbar I Glide eye pencils are a great buy if you are quite new to eye liners / eye pencils. Setting aside the price and product wastage everything else is a tempting factor for girls who love colored eye pencils. I will definitely be repurchasing these from Colorbar, especially the shade ‘Electra’. You must-try at least one shade from this range to know how lovely these eye pencils are. I highly recommend this product to all.

  7. I've tried the faces ones as well but they are not as rich and dense as colorbar, and can be removed with just the swipe of plain cotton.
