Maybelline Fit Me Pressed Powder 310 Sun Beige : Photos, Review

I always wanted to try the Maybelline Fit Me range which was very much hyped in the blogging world but unfortunately they never launched it here ! My cousin was in Australia and she said she could spot the Fit Me range of products near by. I asked her to try their foundations and pressed powder first. She called me back the same day and thanked me for suggesting the products to her. She didn't forget to carry the same to India to show them to me.

The pressed powder comes in a black square packaging that has the powder inside. There is a space below where the powder is placed, which has a mirror and an applicator. So this has just everything you need, especially if you are travelling. My cousin's skin tone is a bit lighter than mine yet the powder blends easily on my skin. The powder is super light and I would call the coverage light. It does help a lot in setting the foundation but only for a few hours. My T-Zone gets oily again and I have to re touch with this pressed powder. I see no point in swatching this product as it blended really well with my skin.

  • The pressed powder comes with a mirror and an applicator too.
  • Powder blends with the skin really well.
  • Comes handy during travel.
  • Sets the foundation well.
  • Coverage is light and thus suits every day wear.
  • Light on pocket too.

  • The effect fades away pretty quickly and my T-zone gets oily in an hour !
  • Need frequent touch up.

I really like light coverage foundations and pressed powders and this one is good too. The only complaint I have is that the effect does not last for a long time. After an hour or two I have to touch up my face again to keep the oiliness away. People with oily skin can easily skip this when dry-normal and combination skin types would be happy with this if you do not mind re touching often.
