Gifts from Luxurious Ayurveda !

Mom wanted to gift something to Dad and she took me to the mall asking me choose some good products for him. Since clothing, watch, shoes, belt and pens were all given already she wanted to gift something else but at the same time something that feels like a luxury ! Then the tag line 'Luxurious Ayurveda' flashed in my mind and I asked her "How about skin care?". My dad is very self - conscious and he takes care of his skin and hair really well. Though my mom was not excited about the idea initially when we entered the store she was convinced and here is what we picked for him.

Gifts from Luxurious Ayuveda !

If you were still wondering about the brand !!!!! It is Forest Essentials :) My current favorite for skin care products. My mom had no specific budget so I was free to pick whatever I thought my dad would like and use regularly. So I chose the following
  • Forest Essentials Eternal Youth Formula Date & Lichi - Rs.2575 for 50g
  • Forest Essentials Ultra Rich Body Lotion Mysore Sandalwood & Vetiver - Rs.875 for 200 ml
  • Forest Essentials Intensive Eye Cream with Anise - Rs.1175 for 15 g
  • Forest Essentials Luxury Butter Soap Saffron Infused Milk - Rs.450 for 125g
Dad was really happy with the gift and he already started using the eye cream and face cream. He said it smells good and it feels nice to sleep with these products on him :D

At one go we spend Rs.5000 approximately at this store for just four products and a pretty gift box ! My mom comments - This is definitely a luxury ;)

I will review all these products one by one here, so stay tuned :)

  2. Neither of the men in my life use skincare...neither dad nor hubby. They don't even use a moisturiser/cream in winters....lol. You chose really nice products for ur dad. The eye cream seems interesting.

  3. Wow Aarthi, this looks like a good gifting idea. it is so difficult buying stuff for men. For my hubby's bday I got him some Kiehl's men skincare. I wonder if he is using them!
