3 Oils In My Routine : First Impression

I never thought I would ever use oils on my face until Supria tempted me so much with her reviews ! At the same time my bestie came up with the best gift ever and you would have seen the amazing Sephora Oil set here in the blog. I was too excited and was really confused on what to try first. I started with 1 face oil, 1 hair oil and 1 cleansing oil. I already reviewed the lip plumping oil here and today you will see the three oils I picked up to try and my first impression on them.

3 Oils in My Routine

Nude Skincare ProGenius Treatment Oil

This tiny bottle has just 10 ml of the oil and I use it every night after cleansing and toning. I take just 2-3 drops and it just sinks into my skin instantly. Skin feels soft and healthy the next morning. I am still waiting to see what difference this would make on continuos usage.

Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil

I never had any idea about this hair oil and I just randomly picked this one out of the three hair oils available in the kit. I just take a couple of drops in my palm and run through the length of the hair. It smells so divine and hair feels soft and manageable instantly. I think I am going to love this one.

Boscia Makeup-Break up Cool Cleansing Oil

This reminds me so much of the Clinique Take The Day Off Balm with the only difference being the consistency ! It does remove my make up easily but for some reason I am not very happy massaging oil on to my face to remove makeup. Also I have to follow with a cleanser to get rid of the oil completely. I prefer removing make up with just one swipe so I am not too sure about how much I will like this one !

Have you included any oils in your routine? Are you liking it?

  1. Oiling my hair is something I love...especially the softness the next morning. I have heard a lot of oil-for-face now! Time to go and buy!

PS : Now I see why Supria is tagged as the Most Influential Blogger....he he he!

    1. Haa Haa.. Ya you're right !

  2. i ve been using a cleansing oil for a year now.
    mks skin amazing

    1. Which one dear? Can you share?

  3. Aarthi, again use a wet wash cloth with anything that says cleansing oil or cleansing balm. You definitely do not need to second cleanse in that case :)

The Nude oil is so damn expensive! I have been wanting to try it out.

    1. Nude Oil is definitely good but I don't think worth the money ! Wet Wash Cloth seems to be the trick.. Got it :)

  4. I'm intrigued to try all the three *_*
