Boscia MakeUp-BreakUp Cool Cleansing Oil : Photos, Review, Swatch

I have been trying different kinds of oil for the past couple of months and you know all of the products comes from this special edition kit by Sephora [Shown Here]. After reviewing a lip plumping oil and a facial oil, today I will be reviewing a makeup cleansing oil by Boscia. This is the first product I am trying from the brand Boscia and thus the first Boscia product being reviewed here. I tried this product without any expectations, so lets see how it worked in removing my makeup.

Boscia MakeUp-BreakUp Cool Cleansing Oil

The Boscia MakeUp-BreakUp Cool Cleansing Oil is a good sized 50 ml bottle that comes with the Sephora Oil Kit. It comes with a pump dispenser and thus getting the product out is not an issue unless there is only a little left in the bottle. It comes with a stopper too so you need not worry if you are planning to take this tiny bottle along with you for a vacation.

The oil inside is a transparent colorless oil that is very light and non-sticky too. I take a little amount in a cotton pad and just swipe it on my face. I use it whenever I just use a BB cream and little eye makeup. When I wear some heavy makeup the process becomes a bit difficult. I need more than 4 swipes to get rid of all the makeup. Even if I apply the oil directly on my face and rub it in circular motions I have to repeat the process more than twice ! So I have kept this oil for daily use and it removes my makeup well.  I follow up with a wet flannel to wipe off any excess oil, however the bottle says to rinse the face with water. It does not hurt my eyes at all. I don't use water proof make up so I can't comment much on it.

I feel only now I am getting comfortable using oils on my face. The difference definitely shows and my skin's texture has improved a lot. Talking about this Boscia Cleansing Oil I just wish it was more effective in removing heavy makeup. For now I have been using this only to remove my everyday make up and it works just fine. I might not spend so much on this as I am more happy using the Clinique Take The Balm Off which costs the same but would last longer and removes make up more effectively.
