L'Oreal Paris UV Perfect Aqua Essence : Photos, Review, Swatch

I was very happy when I found my HG sunscreen and I would still say it is the best one according to me. I was never in the lookout for some other alternative once I started using it but some rave reviews about the L'Oreal one pushed me to give this a try. That is the little story behind how this L'Oreal sunscreen became a part of my skin care collection. Now head on to the review to know if this was better than my HG sunscreen.

L'Oreal Paris UV Perfect Aqua Essence

The L'Oreal sunscreen comes in a tiny blue bottle with a white screw open cap. The tiny bottle is very travel friendly as it would easily fit in your bag. As the bottle says the sunscreen is a 'watery essence' I was very careful while taking the product out but the narrow nozzle has good control of the product coming out and also the sunscreen is not really very watery. It definitely has a lotion consistency but it is pretty thick and a little massage in necessary for the product to sink in to your skin. However, it does not leave my skin greasy but I doubt if this will suit oily skin. It moisturizes my skin well and at the same time has UV protection too ! I use it twice a day and my skin feels soft and moisturized. It has a significant creamy fragrance that might not please everyone. So sniff it a little before getting it. If you have already bought it you need not worry the fragrance does not last long

L'Oreal Paris UV Perfect Aqua Essence - Swatch

The product is really good and I like how it moisturizes my skin when it protects my skin from harsh rays from the sun. The only disappointment is the cost, it costs Rs.475 for just 30 ml of the product, which I can finish in a month (or even less) easily. This is definitely a repurchase material if your skin is dry-normal and if you haven't found your HG sunscreen yet then this might be one. Since I have already found mine I would stick on to my HG sunscreen for sure.

    1. Thank you so much Swati :)

  2. My HG sunscreen is from Lotus. Heard a lot about this as well as the neutrogena one. I am yet to try though. Would like to try the oily skin variant in this :)

    1. Many have their HG sunscreen from Lotus but even Lotus failed me ! Does this have another variant for oily skin too Sindhu?
