Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Enamels African Tea Rose, Ginger Melon : Photos, Review, NOTD

Revlon Scented Nail Enamels were launched in the Indian market more than an year back and I have been picking up one or two shades whenever I see them in the beauty aisles - few for the fragrance and few for the shades ! I already bought the shades Espresso (Black) and Lime Basil (Green) and I just realised that I am yet to review them here ! You can expect the reviews here soon and today there are two more beautiful shades African Tea Rose and Ginger Melon for you all.

Revlon Scented Nail Enamels - African Tea Rose, Ginger Melon

Description

The Revlon Scented Nail Enamels comes in a cute packaging with rounded black lids. The brush is really thin and I have to dip it in the nail colors at least thrice to apply a single coat. Both the shades African Tea Rose and Ginger Melon are opaque but yet I need at least two coats to give a neat, even finish. African Tea Rose is a bright pink with blue shimmers to it and Ginger Melon is a pinkish coral shade. These colors last on my nails for 3 days after which it chips in the corners. Coming to the main aspect - the fragrance, African Tea Rose has a floral scent but I am not sure if it is exactly African Tea Rose ! Ginger Melon has a strong nail polish fragrance and I couldn't smell anything more than that. The fragrance lasts hardly for a day and I keep sniffing my nails now and then to ensure that ! It kind of becomes a habit ;)

Verdict

Revlon scented nail enamels are such a hit in the market. The concept is unique and not just that the shades on offer, quality of the nail enamels and the inclusion of fragrance makes these nail enamels the most sought after in the industry. I have collected four shades so far and I have laid my eyes on two more. If not for anything at least for the gorgeous shades you can try a couple of these nail enamels.

  2. I saw them in the drugstores but never tried them. I thought why not mix perfume in nail paint but did not give thought that it will dilute the pigmentation. Lol. Great product will try it. :)
